Datto Workplace experienced an issue where report files were not loading in browser or agent for AU5 region partners, while other regions remained unaffected. The incident impacted the ability to open DWP Report Files through normal interfaces. The issue was resolved after 6 hours of investigation by the Kaseya R&D team.
