Google released a new ChromeOS LTS-120 version (120.0.6099.312) which caused certain Chrome extensions to crash upon loading. This impacted the Dialpad Chrome CTI Extension and made it impossible for Dialpad users to load/use this extension. This impact is not specific to Dialpad and impacted numerous service providers. Google has acknowledged the root cause and is in the process of releasing a fix through the newer version (120.0.6099.313) targeted for this Friday (30 May 2024).The workaround is to use 120.0.6099.310 https://chromereleases.googleblog.com/2024/05/long-term-support-channel-update-for.html, and upgrade to 120.0.6099.313 when available
