We believe all operators should no longer be incorrectly marked as "on a call". If that is not the case, refreshing the app should fix the issue. Operators will still need to manually mark themselves as Available to begin receiving Contact Center calls.
Google has finished a rollback of their deployment of Cloud Tasks and we see deskphone registrations are working again.
Contact Center agents who find their status is still mistakenly "on a call" can refresh the Dialpad app, check that they are still active on each Contact Center and then mark themselves as Available.
