The DAX Copilot Mobile application experienced login issues for 23.9 hours due to problems with presenting multiple identity providers, affecting users who rely on custom identity providers for authentication. Microsoft identified the problem was caused by version 6.0.16 and advised users to avoid updating to that version during the incident. The issue was resolved by releasing an updated version 6.0.17 through the app store, which users with custom identity providers were recommended to install.

It is suggested that those utilizing their own identity providers for login take this update to remediate the issue previously encountered.
As remediation, Microsoft has created an updated version of the PMM/DAX Copilot mobile application and submitted it to Apple for approval. Once this has been approved and is available for download we will update this status.
