Microsoft has released a new PowerMic Mobile app version (6.0.18) to the App Store. This new version resolves the issue which was previously causing crashing or recordings to be interrupted with DAX Copilot for DMO within our US and CA datacenters. However, some clinicians are still experiencing the crashing or recording interruptions after updating to this latest version. To mitigate this issue, clinicians can uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store, rather than simply updating the app. This will allow the app to record without any issues.
We are actively investigating this issue and working to fix this issue with updating the app.

Microsoft is aware of an issue affecting DAX Copilot for DMO within our US and CA datacenters that are utilizing PMM/DAX Copilot Mobile application. Reports at this time are an increase in application crashes and intermittent recording stoppage. Engineering teams are actively working to remediate the impact.
