Interruption to Subscriptions

Good news! Everything is back up and running. If you’re still having some trouble, try closing and reopening your web browser or the ecobee app.

The AWS service interruption has been resolved and services are beginning to recover. We will continue to monitor.

We are currently experiencing a service interruption due to an ongoing AWS outage. Our team is working on restoring full services as soon as possible.

We’ve received reports of Subscriptions services not working as expected. Our team is on it and looking for a solution. Some people might be noticing they are unable to manage their SmartBuildings, Air Filters, or Smart Security subscriptions at this time.
