As of October 7, 2022, 20:00 UTC, Ecwid control panels and storefronts are not loading or are loading slowly due to a partial server outage. We are urgently trying to identify the cause of the issue and fix it. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The storefronts and control panels will be up and running once we fix the problem. We are very sorry for this downtime, we’ll be posting updates here every 15 minutes.
