Outage Details
We are having issues with some stores mostly located in NOAM and LATAM regions. The store changes may not be saved in the Admin or reflected on the Storefront. We’re working on the issue’s fix urgently and will keep you posted here.
All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) and the store changes that were made and saved previously are safe and intact. It will be possible to save the changes as usual once the issue is fixed.
