Egnyte experienced intermittent Azure SSO login issues across all regions for 71.6 hours, preventing users from accessing the service through single sign-on authentication. The issue was identified as vendor-side (Microsoft-related) and required collaboration with Microsoft to investigate and resolve. While the underlying vendor issue remained unresolved, Egnyte provided remediation plans to all affected customers and offered workarounds through their support team.
