DMEA/Elevate crews are working diligently to restore services in the area affected by the current outage. Unfortunately, a pole was damaged earlier in the day, which took out both power and fiber cables/equipment. DMEA line crews worked tirelessly to restore power and a safe working environment to be able to continue work on fiber repair efforts. Crews will be performing repairs through the night until services are completely restored. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have incurred and will have services back online as soon as possible. Thank you again for your patience.
