Elevate Outside Plant crews have identified the damaged fiber segment and have begun final repairs. Our current estimated time of repair is 5 p.m. this afternoon. Thank you for your continued patience as we resolve this damage event.

The majority of affected Elevate members have now been restored to full service functionality, and the Elevate operations team and field crews continue to work towards 100% restoration for all. We appreciate your patience as we work through this event.

A solution has been implemented to restore services. Services are restoring for subscribers. Elevate crews are monitoring stability while continuing diagnosis and troubleshooting.

The Elevate NOC has been made aware of a large-scale outage impacting the Western and Southern Montrose areas. Fiber damage is suspected, and field crews are en route to investigate and repair. Updates regarding this outage will be posted here as they become available.
