A fabric circuit failure in the FR Metro region affected the FR2 component for 40.3 hours due to maintenance work. Customers with only primary ports experienced service disruption, while those with both primary and secondary services lost redundancy but maintained connectivity. The issue was resolved after working with the fiber provider to fully restore services.

A network device in Equinix Metal's Chicago (CH3) facility experienced an unexpected restart, affecting the Equinix Metal Network and ORD1 Provisioning services for 23 minutes. Customers with bonded interfaces experienced reduced redundancy and throughput, while those with unbonded configurations encountered packet loss during the device recovery. The device fully recovered with MLAG bonds restored, returning all services to normal operation.

Equinix Metal experienced a shared interconnection issue affecting some users' primary circuits in the PA Metro area. The incident impacted the Equinix Metal Network and lasted approximately 10 minutes. A fix was implemented and the issue was resolved after monitoring confirmed the solution was effective.
