Please be advised the reboot has been completed, it started at 12:00 and finished at 12:07. We're seeing positive reports following this work, and our testing confirms SSO is now working. Please monitor and raise a ticket if any further issues are observed.
Akixi has identified an issue within the database of the application. They have made a recommendation that we take action to reboot the service to prevent the impact from growing and potentially causing unknown impact. At present, there has been no call data loss.
The remediation work will involve up to 15 minutes of downtime, during which no data will be collected. This will take place at 12:00 Midday GMT. This work should introduce application stability and allow Akixi to troubleshoot the issue while the application is stable.
A further update will be provided following the application reboot. Apologies for the inconvenience this will cause.
Akixi have identified the issue. We're working with them presently to identify the steps to resolution. A further update will be provided by 11:30.

We're aware of an issue impacting some login attempts to Akixi this morning when using the Evolve IP SSO option. This has been raised with Akixi as a priority. We'll provide a further update by 10:30.
