Cloudflare is used by Exclaimer to provide access to our services; this may impact access to our portal in all regions at this time. There is no impact on our signature imprinting through Client-side or Server-side at this time. More information will be provided as we continue to monitor the situation and look to mitigate the impact if possible.

Cloudflare has confirmed that all services are now operating normally. A full investigation is ongoing into the cause and will be available via Cloudflare's site once it has been completed.

Cloudflare has advised that a fix has been implemented, and they are now working on resolving outstanding issues.

We have verified that our site and portal are loading as expected for an extended period of time, and have taken mitigation actions to minimize further impact.

Cloudflare has advised that services are beginning to recover, but that pages may occasionally fail to load and provide an error as they remediate the issue fully.

We are seeing that our Cloud portal is now loading as expected in most instances.
