The data source connection error previously observed has been corrected, and the dashboards are now loading correctly. Logs confirm that the import process was completed successfully without any errors. Our health checks have indicated no further issues with the reports and dashboards. This incident has been resolved.
Incident Description:
We are currently investigating an issue encountered during scheduled maintenance that may affect our customers in the NAM region. As a result, some users might experience problems with Cognos Analytics Dashboards, where widgets are not loading, and receive the error message "Unable to login to data source."
