Flexera One experienced intermittent service degradation in the NAM region for 11.1 hours, causing customers to encounter errors, delayed page loading, and loading state issues when accessing Cloud Cost Optimization functionality and Administration settings. Some customers also experienced delays in cost data processing. The technical teams identified the issue was influenced by an upstream service provider disruption, and services were fully restored after validation and monitoring confirmed normal platform operations.
