May 2026: [office365] Office channels offline preventing emails being sent or received
A subset of Front customers experienced Office 365 channel sync failures that prevented emails from being sent or received, lasting over 101 hours. Front worked with Microsoft to investigate the root cause while providing a temporary workaround where customers could manually re-authorize their channels in Front's settings. The issue was resolved when Front implemented an automatic system to bring affected channels back online and prevent further customer impact.
