Fundraise Up experienced a 1.1-hour outage where Google Pay transactions failed for both one-time and recurring donations due to a recent change affecting Google Pay certificate handling. Fundraise Up experienced a 22.7-hour email delivery disruption that prevented all transactional emails to donors and account notifications to dashboard users from being sent, while donation processing and other platform functions remained operational. The outage was caused by rate limiting applied by their email service provider, which blocked all outgoing emails from the platform.
