Agent Portal Crashing / Freezing

Further to our previous update, we have seen a positive response from users impacted by the Agent Portal crashing and now believe this to be resolved. We will continue to monitor throughout today. Where we had reports of devices not alerting for incoming calls, these have been resolved by disabling SIM ring on the impacted queues. We will continue to investigate these issues and provide updates to partners directly via Support Tickets. This notice will remain open until 15:00 whilst we continue to monitor.

Our engineering teams are continuing to monitor after disabling the feature. If you have not done so already we recommend that impacted users refresh their portal after which they should see an improvement. We have had some separate reports of devices not ringing, this appears to be related to using SIM Ring on Queues with Callbacks enabled, the workaround for now is to disable SIM Ring which resolves the issue, we are continuing to investigate this issue for a permanent fix. Next update will be 13:00 or sooner if available.

We believe that the agent portal crashing error may be the result of a new feature deployed in last nights release. Our engineering teams have disabled this feature for now. We ask that all impacted users either refresh their portal, or log out and back in, after which they should see an improvement. We will continue to investigate and closely monitor performance. A further update will be provided at 12:00 or sooner if available.
