Ethernet incident at MA3 resolved. Engineer attended the DC, replaced the faulty MDA card. Services were fully restored at 1am.

BTW has informed Engineer ETA at MA3 Data Centre is 0000am. We will continue to monitor progress with BTW. Should services be restored, clears will be sent via the Gamma Hub.

We are seeing a high volume of Ethernet alerts on our monitoring platform. This has been confirmed as a BT Wholesale Hub outage
BTW has informed, MDA card failure within Data Centre MA3. Engineer has been tasked to the Data Centre with replacement MDA card to restore service.
