Horizon Collaborate - intermittent dropped calls

Following on from our previous update, our engineers have identified the root cause and resolved the issue. We are already seeing positive feedback when retesting. Please retest your services and call into the desk if you are still experiencing issues. We will close this notice at 17:00.

We are aware of several issues being reported with regards to Horizon Collaborate including intermittent dropped calls and being unable to answer calls. We are engaging with our engineering teams for further investigation. A further update will be provided at 16:00, if not before.
