Service Disruption - ID3global - Multiple Services

We’re pleased to inform you that the service disruption we reported earlier is now resolved. Thank you for your patience whilst we restored service.

The incident duration was between 08:40 BST – 13:44 BST 09/10/2025

We can see the errors have stopped since 13:44 BST and that we will close the incident once our supplier's have issued a formal incident closure notification.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Our supplier has confirmed they are investigating this issue and are working on a resolution for this incident on an urgent basis.
