Service Incident for - GBG IDscan - Hosted Platform (UK PROD)

We’re pleased to inform you that the service disruption we reported earlier is now resolved. Thank you for your patience whilst we restored service.

The incident duration was between 08:40 BST 21/10/2025 – 06:16 BST 22/10/2025

The team have been focused today on resolving the ongoing service issue.

We are sorry for the length of time the issue is taking to resolve and the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately we are still unable to give an estimated fix time and date at this time, however the measures deployed earlier continue to assist in alleviating a large portion of the effects on our customers.

Unfortunately, the service issue is ongoing. We continue to treat this matter as our top priority and all technical teams are working to determine the cause and resolution. We have deployed measures that should limit/reduce the impact to any usage of the platform currently, however our teams are still working towards a full resolution as soon as possible.
