Game loading failure
when i press contiue to luanch the game, it syas about blank

The program will not load or work. We all get a red dot.

It won't let me join or host any games, and I went to the tests, and it said that two things were wrong so went to the websites that are supposed to fix these problems and it said that they didn't exist. I hope this gets fix soon. Thank you for your time.
