GitLab Duo is still unavailable for all users in both the VSCode extension and the web interface. We are currently investigating.

The issue has been identified to have been caused by a recent change. The change has been reverted and we expect Duo should be available for VSC and Web UI. See issue for details: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/-/work_items/21192
