Degraded Performance of the Glassix Web Application

All services have now been restored and all backlogs have been processed. The issue is now resolved. We will continue monitoring and will update this page with any further information if relevant.

Please be aware that idle ticket closures and WhatsApp status updates are being performed retroactively and will continue to resolve over the course of the day as we work through the backlog.

Web application performance has returned to normal levels. We are continuing to work towards a resolution of the root cause of the issue.

Please be aware that the following services are expected to remain offline as we continue to investigate the issue:
- Automated hourly Power BI stats refresh (the BI tool itself is still online, only the automatic refreshes have been stopped)
- WhatsApp status updates (sent, delivered, read)

The following services have now been or are in the process of being restored:
- Auto-closure for idle chatbot conversations - any conversations which should have been closed due to inactivity will be automatically closed retroactively over the next few hours
- Chatbot and chatbot flows
- Public API
Please be aware that there may still be periods of degraded performance with the above services as we continue to work towards a resolution for the root cause of the issue.

We are investigating additional reports of degraded performance causing slowness and/or failures to load in the web app.

We have identified an issue causing high resource usage across some of our web servers and have implemented a temporary fix to restore most functionality while we investigate the root cause of the issue.

- WhatsApp conversation statuses (sent, delivered, read) are not updating in real time

We are currently investigating degraded performance in the Glassix Web Application, causing sites to load slowly or fail to load intermittently.
