The original issue is now resolved. A latent issue related to the admin console that affected a few customers was identified and resolved quickly. We thank you all for your patience through this major incident.
The GCP outage has been resolved from our own monitoring, and we are observing high success rates in logins, searches, chats, and other Glean functionality. We will continue to monitor and update this incident if there are any regressions or stability issues related to this incident.
Several Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services have started working, but not all services required by Glean are fully recovered, especially in the us-central1 region. A few customers have had success in using Glean on AWS. We will keep everyone updated as we have further clarity on this major incident.
We continue to monitor the major impact to services in GCP that is causing the ability to login or use the Glean product. This incident is also impacting AWS-hosted customers.
We do not have an ETA for service recovery from Google, so we are unable to provide one to our customers at this time.

We are still investigating impact numbers and severity of the issue. We are observing that all logged in users have also been signed out and are unable to login again.
