GlobalSign's Atlas Qualified TSA (Time Stamping) service experienced intermittent errors over approximately 1.7 hours due to a failing TSA server, which caused spikes in HTTP 503 responses across all TSA services and a small number of upstream errors in DSS. The faulty server was identified and removed from the pool, resolving the issue. No further errors were observed following the fix.
