A load balancer maintenance on GlobalSign's Atlas Certificate Issuance (HVCA API) unintentionally modified an HTTP response header, causing some customers to experience issues parsing API responses. Certificate issuance itself remained unaffected throughout the incident. The response header was reverted to its original format within approximately 40 minutes of identification, and the incident was fully resolved after ~19 hours with no further issues reported.

Following the Atlas Certificate Issuance (HVCA API) load balancer maintenance earlier today, some customers have reported issues processing HVCA API responses. This has been determined to be caused by an unintended modification to one of the HTTP response headers. We are working to revert this change as soon as possible.
Note that certificate issuance is not affected.
