The affected users are able to access Google Sheets, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. We are investigating problems with GOOGLEFINANCE calls failing to return results. **Symptoms:** =GOOGLEFINANCE(...)' query in Google Sheets returns '#N/A'.

We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. **Diagnosis:** Customers using Drive Web, Gmail Web, opening PDFs would not see PDF Annotations (shapes, user added text, freehand drawing, etc).
