We apologize to all who were affected by the disruption. ### **Diagnosis:** Impacted customers may have received an error message stating ‘The message violates our Acceptable Use Policy’. The issue has impacted only consumer users and not Google Workspace users. ### **Workaround:** Customers may retry to send the SMS which might have resolved the issue.
