All the data is now in place and the Helpdesk is not impacted anymore.

We’ve identified the issue that caused Shopify live data to fall out of sync with the Helpdesk and have mitigated its impact.
Please note that some Helpdesk data may still be out of sync with Shopify. Our team is actively working on a full resolution.
