Our automated alerts system has detected that certain Raiser's Edge NXT data loads failed overnight. Our engineers have identified the issue and are in the process of implementing a fix. These data loads will restart automatically after business hours today. Organizations using Raiser's Edge NXT as their CRM should expect their donor data to be out of date by one day until tomorrow morning, June 26th. Stewardship prompts for any gifts posted to NXT yesterday or today will be automatically delivered tomorrow morning.
