The background worker responsible for template cloning, exports, and notifications is unstable, resulting in some jobs getting queued for retry. This will result in delayed project creation and notifications for some users. Team is still investigating the root cause of this instability.

The background workers responsible for template cloning and notifications are failing periodically. This is resulting in unstable project creation. These failed jobs will be automatically retried. The team is working on a short term solution that will allow these jobs to succeed sooner.
