Sfax has addressed the outage and faxing functionality is back to normal: you should no longer see errors when accessing or sending faxes, as well as when saving them to a client's documents folder.
Faxes sent during the outage will be received after being processed by Sfax: they're working through the backlog to ensure any pending transmissions are delivered to their intended recipients.
Sfax has confirmed that faxing in general is now being affected by this issue: you may also see errors when attempting to send faxes or when trying to save faxes to a client's document folder in addition to what's been reported so far.
They're continuing to work on a solution.
We've confirmed that viewing sent faxes is also sometimes affected by the same "500" error. Sfax is continuing to investigate the issue.
Our faxing provider Sfax is reporting an issue that is impacting user ability to access parts of their platform, including received faxes. You may see a "500" error when attempting to access affected faxes until the issue has been resolved.
