HiBob experienced a major performance issue affecting their main application, causing slower-than-usual performance across multiple components including Talent, Compensation, Workforce-planning, Social, Job-architecture, Docs, Time & attendance, and Sandbox. The incident lasted 2.6 hours before system performance was restored and the issue was fully resolved with necessary fixes implemented.
