The issue affected the Sandbox component while existing sandbox environments remained accessible throughout the incident. The synchronization process was successfully restored, allowing sandbox refreshes to reflect current production data again.

HiBob experienced a major performance issue affecting their main application, causing slower-than-usual performance across multiple components including Talent, Compensation, Workforce-planning, Social, Job-architecture, Docs, Time & attendance, and Sandbox. The incident lasted 2.6 hours before system performance was restored and the issue was fully resolved with necessary fixes implemented.

The issue was resolved after 2.7 hours following the rollback, database vacuum optimization, and monitoring to ensure stable performance across all services.
