Between 8:06 AM and 9:40 AM PT, customers may have experienced issues accessing the app, as well as delays in rETL and event ingestion and processing.

This issue has now been resolved. All functionality has returned to normal.

We are continuing to investigate the root cause and impact, including delays for events and syncing for a subset of customers. As of approximately 9:40 am PT, all functionality has returned to normal.
