The situation is back to normal since 9:43 (UTC+2).
All pending chats are being distributed as usual, our technical team will keep monitoring the situation to be sure everything is stable now.

The cause of the issue has been identified.
An intervention has been performed and we are noticing improvements on the chat distribution. Pending chats are gradually being distributed and the situation is slowly coming back to normal.
