April 2026: Legacy (CDM v2) license validation issue
A license validation issue in IAM Cloud's CDM v2 (Legacy) service caused customers to receive license expiry notifications and prevented access to the system for 2.1 hours. Affected customers were initially required to raise helpdesk tickets for manual reset operations while engineers worked on a permanent solution. A global fix was successfully deployed, restoring normal service functionality for all CDM v2 legacy users.
