PowerScribe One - Application out of sync which is blocking functionality

Resolved: The syncing issue has been resolved, and everything is working as expected. Thank you for your patience while we worked on this.

Monitoring: A fix has been implemented, and the syncing issues should no longer occur. We will continue to monitor and post another update once we have confirmed everything is stable.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Update: Auto-text should now be appearing for all users in the app. We are continuing to work with our partners at Nuance to resolve the remaining syncing issues and will post another update as we have more information.

As part of this effort, Nuance will need to reset the application connection. During the reset, you may briefly lose your connection. You should be able to log back in right after the reset is complete.
