We are currently experiencing issues with WhatsApp traffic during which a part of your traffic might fail. Cloud API senders could encounter error 7050 while on premise senders could encounter error 7012. On premise WhatsApp senders: Start time: October 25th 2022 07:10 (UTC) Impact: Traffic failing with error 7012 Cloud WhatsApp senders: Start time: October 25th 2022 07:00 (UTC) Impact: Traffic failing with error 7050 Preliminary investigation points to an issue on Meta's end and our dedicated teams have already escalated the matter towards them for confirmation.

Meta also acknowledged that the issues are on their end for on premise senders as well.
Since the issues for both cloud and on premise senders are on Meta's end, we will update you once they confirm the issues are resolved.

Meta confirmed that the issues are on their end for Cloud senders.

We are still in communication with them and are working on confirming the status of on premise senders as well.
