We are currently experiencing issue with Top Up over our Customer Portal. During this time, clients may experience difficulties with adding funds to their accounts. The issue is being investigated and more updates will follow shortly.

The intermittent payment failures are being investigated by the payment gateway vendor. We will let you know as soon as the issues are resolved.

Note: Wire transfers are unaffected by this incident.

The issue has been identified to be intermittent in nature and originating from the payment gateway. We have reached out to our payment gateway vendor to investigate and resolve the Top Up issues. More updates will follow once we receive additional information.
