The issue has been successfully resolved and the service is once again operational.
During the affected timeframe, you may have experienced rejected requests with HTTP error 500 while trying to fetch SMS MOs and Delivery Reports for all channels.

The issue has been fixed and additional channels were found to be affected by this degradation. We are currently monitoring the whole situation and more updates will follow soon.
