We are currently experiencing issues with our Livechat channel. Some end-users won't be able to initiate new chats, while the existing chats should be unaffected. We are currently investigating this issue and more information will follow.

The issue has been successfully resolved and the service is once again operational.

Impact: Some end-users were not able to initiate new LiveChat sessions, while the existing chat sessions were not affected.
