Outage Details

We are experiencing degradation of our URL Shortener Service on the EMEA (DE) data centre. Recipients which are receiving shortened URL messages may experience issues with URLs returning a '404 Not Found' error message. Our team is working on resolving this issue and more information will follow.

This incident has been resolved. Recipients receiving messages with shortened URLs may have experienced problems with URLs returning a '404 Not Found" error message.
