Multiple locations - Customer Portal Service degradation

The issue has been fixed by our engineers, during this time you might have experienced login issues, and navigation in the portal through the sidebar, the sidebar might be changed to the old version.

The issue has been identified by our engenders and the fix has been deployed, we are observing improvement in the portal navigation.

The degradation has escalated and currently, our Customer Portal is not available for usage.

We are experiencing a degradation of our Customer portal services. You may experience issues while using Portal Navigation bar however direct links to pages are functioning and services are accessible for usage.
