Multiple locations - Email service degradation

The issue has been successfully resolved and the Email service is once again fully operational.

Impact: Email traffic in retry with error code 6013 - EC_TEMPORARY_SENDING_ERROR reverted

Our engineering team has implemented a fix and we are currently monitoring the results. Additional details will follow within the next 30 minutes.

The cause of the issue has been identified and our engineering team is currently working on a resolution. Progress updates will follow accordingly.

We are continuing to investigate this issue, further updates will follow as we get more information.

We are currently experiencing issues with the Email service in multiple locations as part of Email traffic is going into retry with the error code 6013 - EC_TEMPORARY_SENDING_ERROR being reverted. The issue is currently being investigated and more information will follow in the next update.
