We are currently experiencing general issues on uploading an image on Email editor via Customer Portal (CUP) or as an HTML file. The scope of the issue is currently being investigated and more information will follow in the next update.

The issue has been successfully resolved and the service is once again operational. Image can be uploading via Customer Portal or as an HTML file again.
