Multiple Locations - WhatsApp Template service degradation

The issues affecting WhatsApp template creation have been resolved.

During the specified timeframe, you may have experienced errors while creating WhatsApp templates containing media files. While initially thought to be present on Global (Europe), it was later confirmed that the issues were additionally present on India and Indonesia locations.

We are continuing to work on the reported issues and will share more updates as soon as possible.

The root cause of the issue has been identified, and our engineering teams are working to obtain further information. During the investigation, it was established that the India and Indonesia locations are affected as well.

We’re currently experiencing issues with creating WhatsApp templates. At the moment, errors have been observed in the Global (Europe) location; however, the scope of the issue is still under investigation. More details will be shared in further updates.
