EMEA (DE) - WhatsApp Service degradation

The issue has been successfully resolved and the service is once again operational.

During the specified timeframe, clients may have noticed issues with receiving inbound and sending outbound WhatsApp traffic.

Impact: Delayed WhatsApp incoming and outgoing message

Mitigation actions were successfully deployed to the affected sender deployment infrastructure and our monitoring is showing recovery of the affected senders. We will continue monitoring the performance to ensure full recovery.

Our team is still working with the infrastructure provider for WhatsApp sender hosting to ensure that the service is restored and operational. We will share more information as progress is made.

The root cause of the problem was found at our provider's network infrastructure. Our team is coordinating with the provider to provide a resolution. More information will follow in the next update.
